Terms and Conditions of Reservations

In order to guarantee your reservation, you will need to enter your credit card details. At the time of booking, you will be charged €25 per person, which will be deductible when you pay for your meal at Cervejaria Ramiro. We do not issue refunds if you do not use the full amount paid for your reservation.
In the event of a change in the number of people, the amount initially paid will not change and will be deducted in full from the value of your meal.
Reservations include a two-hour stay.
Please note that in the event of a delay, the 2-hour time limit for table reservations will continue to be counted from the time of booking and not from the time of the customer's arrival.
We will keep your table reserved for 15 minutes, after which time we will assume that you will not show up.
The amount paid will be refunded if you cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation.
In order to secure subsequent reservations, the use of reserved tables is subject to a maximum of 2 hours.

Customers must inform the restaurant in advance of any food allergies and/or intolerances. The restaurant is not responsible for any situations that have not been communicated by customers.
Smoking is not allowed in the restaurant.
The consumption of drinks brought in by customers is subject to a charge per bottle.
Our restaurant has two floors - the first floor and the 1st floor without an elevator - if you have a preference for one of these, please let us know in the special requests. We will try to accommodate your requests whenever possible.
 
Cancellation of Reservations

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the time of booking, and the full amount paid at the time of booking will be refunded to the credit card indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations will only be accepted for reservations made using the option provided in the booking confirmation email.
The reservation will be held until 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this 15-minute grace period, the reservation will be considered canceled due to a no-show.
If you do not show up (no-show) or cancel your reservation late, no refunds will be made.

 

Any changes to the reservation, regarding the time of arrival, number of people or other data provided at the time of booking, must be requested at least 24 hours before the time of booking.
Reducing the number of people on a reservation does not imply a partial refund of the prepaid amount.
Changes must be communicated by email to ramiro@cervejariaramiro.pt.  Requests for changes made by other means will not be accepted. Changes are subject to confirmation of availability and the restaurant reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
