 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I want to make an online reservation but I can't

If you're unable to select the desired date in the reservation form — and the day appears greyed out with a line through it — it means that the date is fully booked or the restaurant may be closed (for example: on Mondays).

I can't select the time I want

If you can select the date but not your preferred time (e.g., dinner), it means that time slot is already fully booked. Only the time slots with available tables are shown.

Good news!
We always keep some tables available for walk-in customers. That’s because not all tables are open for online reservations, and there are always guests finishing their meals — especially since we operate with continuous service from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM. These tables, once vacated, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

💡 Many of our guests arrive without a reservation and still get a table under these conditions. So it’s always worth trying!

Group Reservations – What You Need to Know

The maximum number of guests per table for online reservations is 6 people.

If your group is larger, you may reserve two or more tables using the system. However, please note that these will be separate tables, and although we’ll do our best to place them close together, we cannot guarantee they will be side by side. If you’d like to try this option, please leave a note in your reservation.
Example: “We’d like Alice’s table to be near Martin’s table.”

For groups larger than 8 people at one table:

We recommend contacting us directly via email at 📧 ramiro@cervejariaramiro.pt, so we can assess the possibility of accommodating your group at a single table on the desired date.
